Spot on. The Estonia example really hit home. What if decentralized digital democracy models could actually empower non-citizen voices, rather then excluding them?

Decentralization shouldn’t isolate - it should amplify.

The strongest states of the future will be those open enough to turn outsiders into insiders by design. Open systems wins!

Isolation is the bug of nation-states; inclusion is the feature of networks. Any system that truly decentralizes power ends up expanding, not excluding - that’s the only sustainable unfair advantage.
